Job Summary

Milwaukee Public Schools is seeking candidates for traveling music instructiion facillitating small group lessons for the 2022-23 school year.

This position involves teaching students at beginning, intermediate, and advanced levels in specialty areas such as guitar, piano, woodwinds, brass, strings, percussion, and voice. Placements and work schedules are determined based on school need in our elementary, middle, and/or high school settings. This position does not require a Wisconsin teaching license but applicants with a music degree are preferred.

Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule

Hourly wage schedule starts at $22.26.

Placements and work schedules are determined based on school need in our elementary, middle, and/or high school settings.

This position requires travel. Applicants must have a valid drivers license and access to a fully insured vehicle.
