An outstanding secondary school and sixth form in Hounslow is currently looking for an experienced Music Teacher to join their team on a full time, permanent basis from February Half Term. The role will be paid at MPS/UPS.

This high-achieving secondary school and sixth form, rated Outstanding in its most recent Ofsted, is in the top 5% of schools for pupil progression from year 7 – 11. The school is committed to excellence both inside and outside the classroom, with an extensive offering of extra-curricular activities, including music clubs, choirs, open mic-nights and school performances, and an array of school trips and experiences.

The successful Music Teacher will be joining a thriving department, working with a great team of creative and passionate teachers, tutors and support staff. The department has strong affiliations with Music industry professionals and institutions in London, and students have access to a range of music technology in the school’s high-tech Music Technology suite.

The successful Music Teacher will be teaching Music across Key Stage 3 and BTEC Music at Key Stage 4. All applicants must have QTS. ECTs are encouraged to apply.
