Join Omni Sound Project’s Control Room for an exploration of retaining your clients with great customer service, followed by a Q+A session.

Join core faculty Jam Phelps in the Omni Sound Project Control Room for a business session on the topic of retaining clients with exceptional customer service.

Jam will provide expert advice and answer specific questions from participants about their products and services.

Control Room sessions provide a valuable chance to observe engineering techniques being executed in real time. Sessions are open to all genders and are free with a Control Room Key.

About the teacher:

Jam Phelps is a Mixing and Mastering Engineer and owner of Denk Studios. Her studio is focused on uplifting marginalized voices in music such as women and LGBTQ+ folks. She has been a musician for 30 years and specializes in Americana, Singer Songwriter and Rock music. Jam has been featured on Soundgirls.org, Stories in Sound, and The Music Executive podcast.
